U9 – Year 4 Teams

All about the Thunder

Thunder by name thunder by nature! This is a newly formed team, entering the Alderley Mini Soccer League whilst we find our feet.

Training is at the Falibroome Academy 5-6pm every Weds and weekend matches are Saturday 10-11am at All Hallows.

We have lovely and lively bunch of players with mixed ability levels. We want the team to be loud and change direction quickly, just like Thunder!

Our primary focus is fun with an element of development too.

We move up to 7v7 for the 25/26 season so will be on the lookout for 1-2 players towards the end of this season.

The “Braves” are a junior football team who play in the Saturday morning league at All Hallows, Macclesfield.

Paul Kelsall

Paul leads on team matters but is supported by Jack, Steve and an amazing group of parents who all make up the Braves team.

Jack Gubbins

As a PE teacher by trade Jack has all the attributes for coaching, his contribution to the team on match days and training is invaluable.

Steve Mackreth

Like Jack, Steve is a teacher who helps with the coaching and he has a keen eye for detail. Steve always try’s to help the team with hints and tips on how to improve.
