The league has a wide range of ability levels and after initial benchmarking matches, it’s split into lower and upper leagues. This means more matches against teams of your own ability level.
Our philosophy is always about development first. Results will follow. All we ask of the players listen to the coaching and always try their best.

Stockport Metro for the last 3 seasons, playing on Saturday mornings.
Last 2 seasons the Eagles have played over 70 games scoring over 190 goals. Every game played with a team full of happy faces.

Stockport Metro League – 2 Years, previously Alderley League for 2 years – this is our 4th year together.
I am delighted to say that we have a wonderful bunch of lads and parents. We try to focus on the development of our team in an enjoyable football environment for the boys. Of course the boys like to win 😉 but more importantly it’s been wonderful to see their friendships grow through the love of the game!
